Biographical Note for Haugstul, Oscar Rudolph (1904-1973) :

Oscar Rudolph Haugstul was born September 20, 1904 in Waukon, Iowa. Haugstul graduated from Luther College in 1931 with a bachelor’s degree.  In 1934, he received a Bachelor’s of Theology from Luther Theological Seminary. Haugstul was ordained in 1937. He served congregations in McGregor and Waterville, Iowa (1937-1964 and 1939-1954).
