Biographical Note for Saervold, Ola Johann (1868-1937) :

Saervold was born in Bergen, Norway on February 10, 1867.  He graduated from Luther College in 1895 and taught Latin at Luther that year.  After graduation, he became an author in Minneapolis.


Saervold ble født i Bergen 10. februar 1867. Han gikk ut fra Luther College i 1895 og underviste i latin på Luther samme år. Samtidig var han korrespondent for ei avis i Chicago. Han reiste tilbake til Norge og var der i flere år før han slo seg ned i Minneapolis som forfatter og free-lance journalist.
