This paper was not written by seniors, but instead compiled by Rachel Faldet and Nina Magnuson.  It includes maps and some biographical/historical information on Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, along with 16 students' accounts of their lives before and after moving to the United States.

Folder 5: Southeast Asians at Luther College, May 1987

This paper details the history and background of the Southeast Asian (ESL) program at Luther, cultural background and social life in Southeast Asia, refugee stories, and a case study and results from a questionnaire given to Luther ESL Southeast Asian students. Subjects discussed in survey include discrimination, cultural differences, host families, and the Asian Student Association.
