Scope and Contents: This collection includes materials related to the writer Dorthea Dahl. She had over 100 published stories, and three books. During her life, few of her family and friends knew of the extent of her writing abilities. Included in this collection are a copy of a letter Dorthea sent to her great-nephew, a copy of a lecture Dorthea gave in August of 1949, and a copy of one of her stories entitled "The Three Flags."
